Name Lotto breaks a Korean name into consonants and vowels, reads them as the five elements (wood, fire, earth, metal, water), and draws from the number band belonging to the strongest element. The element balance shows as bars, and numbers from that band are marked on the balls.

Split a Name Into Letters and an Element Shows Up
Break a Korean name into its consonants and vowels and you can read it as the five elements — wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Type a name and the balance appears as bars straight away.
The strongest element picks the number band: wood 1–9, fire 10–18, earth 19–27, metal 28–36, water 37–45. Each game takes two numbers from that band and four from the name itself. Band numbers are marked on the balls.
