개인정보처리방침 — 어린이 학습 앱
적용 대상: Fadongkwon Soft가 배포하는 한글 몬스터(Hangul Monsters), 수학 몬스터(Math Monsters) 앱 · 시행일: 2026년 9월 1일
1. 수집하는 개인정보가 없습니다
이 앱들은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 광고 식별자 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 로그인이 없습니다.
2. 광고와 결제가 없습니다
광고 SDK를 포함하지 않으며 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 인앱 결제 기능도 없습니다 — 모든 학습 콘텐츠는 무료로 제공됩니다.
3. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
학습 진행 상황과 기록(점수, 최고 기록, 소리 설정)은 사용자 기기 안에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
4. 마이크 사용 (한글 몬스터 말하기 모드)
한글 몬스터의 “말하기” 모드는 아이가 발음한 글자를 확인하기 위해 마이크를 사용합니다. 음성은 기기에 내장된 Android 음성 인식 기능으로 처리되며, 앱은 음성을 녹음·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 마이크 권한은 말하기 모드를 처음 사용할 때만 요청하며 거부해도 듣기 모드는 정상 이용할 수 있습니다.
5. 네트워크 접근
앱은 Fadongkwon Soft가 만든 다른 어린이 앱 목록(정적 파일)을 내려받기 위해서만 인터넷에 접근하며, 이때 개인정보나 기기 정보를 보내지 않습니다. 오프라인에서도 모든 학습 기능이 동작합니다.
6. 어린이 보호
이 앱들은 어린이를 주 이용자로 설계되었으며 Google Play 가족 정책을 준수합니다. 어린이의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 보호자 동의 절차가 필요한 정보 처리가 없습니다.

We collect no personal information. These apps do not collect, store, or transmit names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, advertising identifiers, or any other personal data. There is no account or sign-in.
No ads, no in-app purchases. The apps contain no advertising SDK and show no ads. All learning content is free; there are no in-app purchases.
On-device data only. Learning progress and records (scores, best times, sound settings) are stored only on the user’s device, never transmitted, and are deleted when the app is uninstalled.
Microphone (Hangul Monsters “speak” mode). The speak mode uses the microphone to check a child’s pronunciation. Audio is processed by the device’s built-in Android speech recognition; the app does not record, store, or transmit audio. Permission is requested only when the speak mode is first used, and the listen mode works without it.
Network access. The apps access the internet only to download a static list of other kids’ apps by Fadongkwon Soft, sending no personal or device information. All learning features work offline.
Children’s privacy. These apps are designed for children and comply with the Google Play Families policy. Because no personal information is collected, no processing requiring parental consent takes place.
